Development Director

Scenic City Clay Arts (SCCA) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Development Director to lead fundraising, donor engagement, and community outreach efforts. This key leadership role is essential to securing and growing the financial resources that support SCCA’s expanding programs and community impact. The Development Director will work closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to shape and execute a long-term development strategy, cultivate meaningful donor relationships, and enhance the organization’s visibility in the Chattanooga area.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in fundraising and grant management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for the arts and community building.
