If yes, the Girl Scout Council of Southern Appalachians is looking for you. We are seeking a full-time Member Services Representative for our Chattanooga leadership center.
Under guidance of the Director of Member Services, the Member Services Representative is the first point of customer contact for inquiries via phone, email or in person, including retail. Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to all current and prospective members, both external and internal, by utilizing all systems, policies, and procedures established by the Council. Hours are 8:30 am -5:00 pm Monday through Friday with occasional evenings and occasional Saturdays.
