Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager

In support of the AIM Center’s mission, this position is responsible for promoting community integration and providing on-site support for housing residents to meet the obligations of their lease. Using a person-centered, culturally responsive, and evidence-based trauma-informed approach, the supportive housing case manager will promote independence, community belonging, social capital, and well-being. This position supports residents in accessing community resources and developing skills to re-integrate into the community through a supportive, professional relationship.
