Cortina Jenelle Caldwell, MAML is a servant leader, perpetual student of life and native of the Blue Ridge Mountains. After coming off a 2 year global digital nomad adventure, Cortina moved to Chattanooga to put down new roots after falling in love with the natural landscape, thriving arts sector and spirit of service. Cortina holds a Masters of Arts in Business Management & Leadership (MAML) and is nationally-recognized by her work at the intersection of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB), the creative sector and entrepreneurship.
